3/4 cups pecan halves
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/3 cup Splenda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all nuts and fold in the lightly beaten egg white.

Combine Splenda & cinnamon. Sprinkle over the nuts and toss to coat.

Spray a cookie sheet (with sides) with cooking spray. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until the nuts are toasted. Cool on waxed paper and store in airtight tins. Delicious!
