6 fairly large potatoes (quartered)
1 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 stick of butter (melted)
Directions:
Directions:
Clean potatoes and quarter, put in water.

Fill a zip-lock bag with flour, cheese, salt & pepper. Put potatoes in and shake to coat.

In baking dish add butter & potatoes.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour (turn after 30 minutes).
