Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 small jar pimentos
8 oz Velveeta (cubed)
7 oz. small macaroni shells (uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil the chicken breasts with onion & celery until cooked through. Cool & cube.
2. Mix all ingredients together, cover & refrigerate overnight.
3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
4. Bake for 1 hour at 350º
5. Top with crushed chips before serving.

This recipe came from my grandmother's cousin, Mary Ruth. Growing up it was my favorite and I would request it on every birthday or visit home from college. More recently the youth of HCC have enjoyed making this dish for Loaves & Fishes.
