Ingredients:  
1 cup coarse cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sage
1 onion chopped fine
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
2 or so spoonful's of chopped parsley
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup or 3/4 more or less milk (1 3/4 cup milk and 3/4 cup of chicken broth)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine bread cubes and crumbled crackers and sage. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Pour over bread mixture. Add (first 1/2 cup) of milk add more if needed to be moist (mushy) enough. Add beaten eggs and parsley, toss lightly to mix well.

Should stuff 6-8 lb turkey or 2 small chickens.
