6 filet steaks
1 container Phillips jumbo lump crab meat
Adolph’s “Marinade in Minutes” (original or steak sauce flavor)
1 package hollandaise sauce
1 bunch fresh asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and trim steaks.
Prepare marinade sauce according to package directions.
Marinade steaks for 10 minutes on each side.
Clean & trim asparagus and place in microwave dish with ¼ cup water. Heat till slightly tender.
Grill steaks.
Prepare hollandaise sauce on the stove according to package directions.
Empty lump crab into a microwave dish and heat till warm not hot.
Place grilled steaks on each plate.
Top each steak with one spoon of lump crab and some fresh asparagus.
Drizzle hollandaise sauce over top to complete the dish.
