1/2 c water (less)
1 egg
2 T prepared horseradish
1 c water chestnuts, chopped
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt

1/3 c orange marmalade
1/4 c soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Bake in shallow pan 12-15 minutes.

Prepare Soy Dip. Mix last 4 ingredients. Add to cooked meat balls. Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks.
