1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c butter, softened
2 tsp worchestershire sauce

1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, butter, worchestershire and mix well. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, paprika, and red pepper. Gradually add flour mixture to cheese mixture until dough is no longer crumbly. Form into a ball. Use cookie gun to shape into straws. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Store in air tight container. Makes 8 dozen.
