3 cream cheese bars (room temperature)
3 tsp. grey poupon
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 oz. jar of dried beef (shelved near Spam)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop dried beef.
2. Mix 3/4 chopped beef, cream cheese, grey poupon, parsley flakes, and mayonnaise.
3. Form into a ball. Coat outside of ball with remaining dried beef.
4. Serve with fancy crackers and/or veggies.
