Directions:
Open cresent roll dough and lay flat on a surface. It should look like a triangle. Place open brie cheese in center. Smother apricot preserves over the top and side of the brie cheese. Place sliced almonds on the top to the brie cheese. Gather all sides of the cresent roll dough towards the brie cheese in order to cover it entirely. Follow instructions on baking based on the Pillsbury Cresent rolls. Approximate baking time is 15 minutes but, keep an eye on it, and take out when bread looks done.
Serve warm with crackers.
