1 Beef chuck roast
1- 18 oz. jar Heinz Home Style Brown Gravy
1- 12 oz. jar Heinz Home Style Brown Gravy
1 packet of dry McCormick brown gravy mix
1 bag mini carrots
4 stalks celery
1 container fresh mini red skin potatoes
Pillsbury Pie Crust (2 per box)
Salt/pepper/parsley

Directions:
Wash roast beef. Place it in a large deep covered casserole dish.
Empty 18 oz jar of brown gravy into dish and flip roast over until covered.
Place lid on casserole and slow cook in a 275 degree oven for 4 hours. Turn roast over every few hours to keep from drying out.
One hour prior to serving wash fresh veggies and then add them to the roast.
Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour more.
Serve directly from the casserole dish.

Add mushrooms, onions and any other fresh veggies you desire. Season as desired.

To Make Meatpie for another meal:
Use any leftover meat, potatoes, carrots, celery, etc to make meat pie.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Add 1 packet of dry McCormick brown gravy mix. Unroll the 2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts.
Lightly flour one side.
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately add the leftovers.
Cover with remaining pie crust.
Fold over the edges to make it look pretty.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight to use the next day.

To Bake: Remove from refrigerator, remove plastic foil & place on a cookie sheet.
Lightly cover the top with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and cook until the crust is a golden brown.
