1 12 oz. hot sausage
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 1 oz. pkg. fajita seasoning mix
2 12oz. cans biscuits
1 1/2 c. shredded Mexican four cheese blend.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, stirring til it crumbles. Stir in peppers, cook 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and cook 1 or 2 more minutes. Drain well, pressing with paper towel. Separate biscuits, cut into quarters. Place in large mixing bowl. Fold in sausage mixture, tossing to coat. Layer biscuit mixture and cheese in lightly greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in pan 5 to10 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve immediately.
