1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine butter and sugar in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and milk.
4. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce speed to low; beat just until mixed.

Pour batter into greased 8-inch cast iron skillet. Bake for 22 to 26 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
