1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 c buttermilk
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, un-drained
12 oz tub Cool Whip
14 fudge stripped cookies or Oreos
Maraschino cherries, optional
Directions:
Directions:
With a wire whisk, blend together pudding and buttermilk. Fold in mandarin oranges and pineapple into pudding mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and let chill. Crush cookies. Put ¾ crumbs in mixture. Save the remaining crumbs for the top. Garnish with cherries if desired.
