6-7 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ c sour cream
1 ½ c grated cheddar cheese
¼ c milk
2 tbsp margarine
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until partially cooked. You want them soft, but hard enough that they can be grated. Heat oven to 350˚. Grate potatoes and set aside. Mix soup, sour cream, melted margarine, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in grated potatoes and cheese. Put into casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake until top is brown (10 to 15 minutes)
