6 Veal cutlets
Flour
Salt and pepper
Italian spices
1 egg (beat with 2 Tbsp milk)
1/2 c olive oil
4 Tbsp butter
½ c Marsala wine
1 jar brown gravy
1 Tbsp parsley
Fresh, sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Place veal between 2 layers of waxed paper. Pound gently until wafer thin. Add salt, pepper and Italian spices to flour. Dip veal in egg mixture and lightly flour. Brown in hot oil; add butter parsley and mushrooms. Mix wine and gravy together. Add and stir gently. Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until sauce is thickened.
