1 envelope instant potatoes (3 1/2 cups)
3 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 tbsp. mined onion
dash of black pepper and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in potatoes. In small bowl blend cream cheese, milk, margarine, and eggs until smooth. Stir all this liquid mixture into potatoes. Add minced onion and dash of pepper. Sprinkle top of potatoes with paprika. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
