1 stick butter
1 cup diced peppers
1 cup chopped onion
10 tbsp. of flour
2 cups milk
2 cups clam juice
4 cups chopped clams
dash of Tabasco
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
celery salt
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Saute peppers and onions. Do not let onions brown. Add flour, stir and cook for a while. Add milk, clam juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt and clams. This must be thick. Fill clam shells. Dip tops in egg and milk mixture, then in bread crumbs. Deep fry.
