1 quart milk
12 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1//2 tsp. corn starch
1/8 cup Grand Marnier liquor

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 pots, 1 pot for yolks and 1 for milk. Heat milk to a boil. Add to yolks with sugar and starch added. Heat over low flame until proper thickness, stirring. Do not boil. Cool immediately and stir every 20 minutes for 1 hour.
