5 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. walnuts
1 lb. mixed fruit
1 cup coffee
1 box raisins (cooked)
1 cup raisins water
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients well. Grease pan. Put wax paper on bottom of pan. Small loaf bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Large tube pan bake at 325º for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Test for doneness. (Makes 4 small loaves or 1 large tube cake.)
