2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs separated
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 cups milk
pinch of salt
1 can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add 4 egg yolks, vanilla, flour, milk and salt. In small bowl beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Drain 1 can crushed pineapple and mix into batter. Pour into 8x12-inch glass dish lined with crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
