1 pound ground turkey, 1/2 pound ground sirloin, 2 1/2 cups chopped onion (about 2 medium), 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup water, 2 T brown sugar, 2 T chili powder, 3 T spicy bar-b-que sauce, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 4 tsp white vinegar, 3/4 tsp ground cumin, 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1/4 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped, one 10 3/4 ounce can tomato puree, 8 ounces spaghetti noodles cooked (3 1/2 cups), 3 ounces (3/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese, one 10 3/4 ounce can warmed kidney beans, rinsed and drained (about 1 1/2 cups), oyster crackers.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add turkey and sirloin. Cook about 5 minutes until brown.Add 2 cups onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes more. Stir in one cup water and next twelve ingredients, (through puree). Bring to boil. Cover simmer 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti. Top with remaining onions, cheese and beans.
