1 Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
2 cans crushed pineapples, slightly drained. (large size can)
Bananas
3 boxes vanilla instant pudding
4 1/2 cups milk and 8 ounce package of cream cheese
Large Cool Whip
1 small can coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as stated on box. Add pineapples, cover with bananas. Cover with pudding mixture Cover banana layer. Add Cool Whip, top with coconut. Yields 20-24 servings
OPTIONAL may substitute other fruit for pineapples.
