8 lb peach peeling, ground in a food chopper. 4 lb sugar. 3/4 c. vinegar spices as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large kettle. Cook over med. heat until thick. Stir often to prevent scorching. Place in prepared pint jars and seal.
