2 onions
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper
1 stalk celery
2 cups tomato juice or 1 can tomatoes
2 bay leaves
chile powder
1/2 bottle catsup
1 or 2 tbsp vinegar
1 pkg spaghetti cooked
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions and brown in Crisco. Add ground meat and brown. Chop garlic, green pepper, celery and add to meat. Add tomato juice, bay leaves, chile powder, catsup and vinegar. Cook until celery is done. Mix with spaghetti. Cover with cheese. Heat at 350º about 30 minutes.
