2 8-oz. fish fillets (such as redfish, grouper or snapper)
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. butter or margarine
fresh lime or lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a broiler pan. Place fish on pan and sprinkle both sides of fillets with seasoning. Dot with butter and squeeze lime over top of fillets. Broil each side for 4-5 minutes. Can substitute other seasoning such as seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning instead of Old Bay Seasoning.
