EZ Wheat Bread recipe
*4 x the recipe when mixing in Bosch and will make 5 medium loaves baked for 32 minutes.
1-1/4 c warm water
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1/4 c honey or 1/3 c brown sugar (use brown sugar if freezing bread)
2-3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c wheat gluten
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp nonfat non instant dry milk
1 tbsp butter/margarine/oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 c potato flakes (NOT potato pearls)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in order listed in mixing bowl of mixer with dough hook attachment (like kitchen-aid). Turn to low setting and knead for 12-15 minutes until the sides of bowl pull clean and dough is smooth.
Cover and let rise until double, 30 min to 1 hour.
Punch down, and shape into loaf or rolls. *to form loaves, roll dough out into 9 x 18 in rectangle and roll from the 9” side. Pinch the seam closed. Pinch the ends and tuck under. Place in sprayed pan and make ¼ inch slit down the center of the top.
Let rise again until double and bake 375 degrees for 32-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when lightly tapped on the bottom.
