4 C. instant potatoes
1 egg beaten
1 C. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
cheddar cheese (as much as would like)

Directions:
Make as much instant potatoes as needed in the microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add cheddar cheese, as much as would like. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
