1 cup hot cooked grits (1/4 cup grits to 1 cup boiling water)
1 box Jiffy Muffin Mix
4 beaten eggs
1 1/4 cup hot milk
1/2 to 1 stick butter (can use only 1/2 stick for lower fat)
Salt /Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 pound cooked and drained sausage. Layer the sausage, then grits mixture and top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 325º.
