Favorite meatloaf mixture
Mashed Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the meatloaf in a pie plate, pressing the meat in to form the "pie crust". You will have to drain the fat as it cooks, usually twice. When cooked, remove from oven and give it an extra pat with a paper towel to soak up any extra grease. Fill pie with mashed potatoes. Cover with a layer of cheese. Return to oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. Slice and serve like a slice of pie :)
