30 lbs. ground meat
30 T. cooking oil
10 cups chopped onion
12 cups chopped green peppers
1 1/2 #10 can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 # 10 can whole kernel corn
15 tsp. salt
8 tsp. Tobasco
3 cups rice (cooked) OPTIONAL

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, stirring occasionally. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Stir well, then simmer 1 hour. Delicious with rice, cornbread and tossed salad. Serves 100.
