4 - 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 TBSP melted butter
2 TBSP brown sugar
dash of cinnamon

1/2 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil (up to)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 white sugar (optional)
1 or 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Toss sliced apples with 2TB each melted butter and brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Press lightly into baking dish. In a bowl mix together flour, rolled oats, quick oats, brown sugar white sugar and cinnamon. Then add melted butter and as much of the oil needed to make mixture moist and mix well. Press mixture into baking dish on top of apples. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and boiling.
