"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup milk
about 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar

Directions:
Melt oleo in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Add confectioners sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. If icing gets too stiff, add a little hot water.
(I usually double for Christmas Cake. If you have left over icing, freeze. It freezes well for later use.)
