3 cups dry elbow macaroni
3 cups grated cheese (cheddar, mozza or both)
2 cans cheddar soup
2 cans tuna (drained)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (Kraft or fresh grated)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. On stove top cook elbow macaroni in boiling, salted water to al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter, salt and pepper. Set aside. Empty 2 cans cheddar soup into a mixing bowl and whisk until creamy. Slowly whisk in milk. Add parmesan cheese and mix well. Mix in tuna and mushrooms, then add a dash of salt and pepper. Spread into pan and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or so, then broil to brown and bubble the cheese if needed.
