1 cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 12-16 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Makes approx 5 dozen.
