1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 egg yolks
2 T lemon juice
1 T vinegar
1 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Allow all ingredients to reach room temperature. Combine dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Beat egg yolks and medium high speed or until thickened. Add mustard mixture, lemon and vinegar, beat additional 30 seconds.

Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup oil to egg yolk mixture very slowly, beating constantly. Be sure oil is thoroughly combined in egg mixture before adding more. Add remaining oil 1 T at a time being sure oil is combined in mixture. This will take about 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
