2 pkgs instant French vanilla pudding
8 oz Cool Whip
3 cups milk

Icing: 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 T melted butter or margarine
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes or until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with one layer crackers. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers. Repeat with remainder of pudding mixture and top with last layer of crackers. For icing: Melt chocolate squares in microwave. Mix in butter, milk, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. If too thick add SMALL amount of milk until you can pour and spread over crackers but careful to not add too much milk. Refrigerate at least 10 hours.
