1 C. Flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbl Sugar
3 Eggs, separated
1 C. milk
4 Tbl. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add milk and egg yolks to flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Add oil and vanilla to batter and mix well. Fold egg whites into the batter. Pour about 2/3 to 3/4 C. of batter into the middle of a waffle iron. Cook 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

We have found that a large ladle works great for pouring the batter in. Also, our iron only takes 5 minutes.
