16.9 oz Walnut Oil
1/2 Bunch chopped parsley
1 1/2 Tbl. Dijon Mustard
3 Tbl. Honey
3 Tbl. Chopped Shallots
S&P to taste
2 C. Finely Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oil in a large stainless steel bowl. Slowly drizzle in oil as you whisk to emulsify all ingredients. Continue to whisk until all oil is mixed in.
