2 Pillsbury Fresh Pie Crusts (in dairy section)
6-8 large sliced apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Put apples in and cover thoroughly. Fill pie crusts with the apple mixture and put pats of butter over apples. Cover with other pie crust and make 4, 2 inch long slits, in pinwheel fashion. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
