2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons milk
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix together flour, baking soda, cocoa, cinnamon, sugar. Add margarine, water. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla. Bake at 350º F for 25-30 minutes.
Icing: Mix all ingredients and spread over cake while still hot.
