10 slices of bread
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Blend well; add milk. Pour mixture over well crumbled bread and let stand for 1 hour to soften bread. When bread is soft, stir mixture vigorously until like cake dough. Bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 325º F.
