5-6 Winesap apples, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pie pastry
2 tablespoons margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Turn into pastry lined pan. Dot with margarine. Place top crust over filling; seal and flute. Bake at 450º F for 10 minutes then at 375º F for 40-50 minutes.
