2 cups rolled oats
3 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 cups combined total of your favourite dried fruit, nuts, seeds, raisins, and coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF

Mix oats, oil, honey or syrup, and sea salt to a sticky consistency and spread onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at least twice throughout. Mixture will be soft when removed from oven but will harden to crunchy as it cools.

In a bowl mix together 2 cups combined total of dried fruit (chopped), raisins, nuts, seeds, and coconut.

Add baked oat mixture. Mix well and store in jars or canisters once cooled.
