8 quarts popped corn - keep warm in a 250 degree oven
2 sticks butter
1 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white syrup
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredients (except popcorn) to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Add 1 t baking soda and stir quickly. Pour over popped corn. Mix and pour into a large buttered pan. Place in oven for 1 hour at 250 degrees. At 20 minute intervals, remove from oven and toss. After 1 hour, take out of oven and pour onto wax paper to cool.
