1 12oz pkg butterscotch chips
1/3 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 14oz can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 t vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of mixture firmly into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand Milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour over crumb mixture. Tope with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool to room temp. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
