Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Club crackers - 1 sleeve of crackers per pan
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 package butterscotch chips
additional chips and toppings:
chocolate chips
M&M baking chips
toffee chips
white chocolate chips
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed backing pan with foil. Heavily spray with Pam. Arrange Club crackers on baking sheet, single layer, in rows fill the baking sheet with crackers. Coat a medium sauce pan with Pam. Slowly melt butter and brown sugar, stir often. Gradually raise the stove burner to medium high, constantly stirring. Bring to boil. It will look frothy/foamy. Stir another 3-4 minutes - you must stir. Pour mixture over crackers after 3-4 minutes of cooking. Quickly spread over crackers. Immediately place the mixture/crackers in preheated oven for 5 minutes Carefully remove from oven. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips all over hot mixture. Not every spot has to have chips. Then take whatever else you choose to sprinkle on top and be creative. Once coated as you like it, use a spatula to gently press the toppings down. Freeze for 12 hours. Break apart in small serving sizes. Very messy to break apart. Hint - line sink with parchment paper, turn baking sheet over on top, peel back foil, then break apart using a mallet, rolling pin, or whatever works for you.
