2 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp paprika
4 whole chicken breasts, halved
8 thin slices cooked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
¼ c. melted butter
½ c. barbecue sauce
4 potatoes cut in quarters
Salt
Pepper
Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and de-bone chicken breasts. Place each half between sheets of plastic wrap and pound meat with a mallet until 1/8 inch thick. Layer chicken, ham and Swiss cheese and roll jellyroll style. Dip in melted butter and place in 12” Dutch oven, then add potatoes and bake with coals on top and bottom approximately 40 minutes. Baste with butter, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and thyme mixture. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and paprika before serving.
