1 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 (24 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (4 cups)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool 1-2 minutes, remove from sheet. Can stir in 2 cups chopped nuts, if desired.
