1# ground turkey
1 T. chili powder
salt
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. cumin
1 t. coriander
1 onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 T. tomato paste
2 c. tomato sauce
1 tomato, seeded, chopped or 4 romas, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey with veggies. Saute until onions, peppers and garlic are softened. Add spices and tomato sauce, paste and tomatoes. Serve on toasted buns or on top of salad for a tasty Tex-Mex style sloppy joe or a taco salad.
