3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
5 Tbsp cornstarch
Mix together and add:
1 Tbsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
4 Tbsp corn oil, or olive oil

Cook on a hot greased pan, very much like a crepe

Fill with taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, this is a family favorite.
